Industrial Liquefaction System for Ammonia is used extensively for liquefying industrial gas. Prior to liquefacation, the gas is compressed to two levels using a first and a second compression system. Post compression, the gas is processed in heat exchanger integrated with vertically oriented condensing heat exchange passages and horizontally oriented sensible heat exchange passages.
The system produces high-purity liquefied carbon dioxide gas which can be further used for making dry ice and to produce bubbles in carbonated beverages. In ammonia manufacturing plants, the CO
2 is captured and can be refined to produce liquefied carbon dioxide with 99.995Vol% purity.
Water Chiller
Water Chiller is used to reduce the internal stress in equipment due to heat. We have specially designed chiller for the applications of oil chilling, die mould chilling and chemicals chilling. Attached heavy duty casters make the chiller easy to move from one process to another. Protected in a housing of square pipe frame, the chiller is integrated with CRC power-coated panels and locks. In addition to this, there is a stainless steel storage tank, refrigeration system and hermetically sealed compressor with air conditioner & static type evaporator in the chiller.
